Payment & Cancellation Policy

Oregon Guns and More Show Payment and Cancellation Expectations

Our shows frequently sell out, and many potential vendors are placed on a waitlist hoping for an opening. Unfortunately, we occasionally have vendors reserve tables and then cancel at the last minute or fail to show up without notice. This not only costs us time and money, but it also prevents other vendors—who were ready to commit—from participating.

To help ensure reliable reservations and fairness to all vendors, we prefer prepayment to secure your table unless prior arrangements have been made to pay at check-in.

Cancellations will be processed based on the time the correspondence is received.

  • Full Refund – Cancellation requests received 14 or more days prior to the Friday setup day of the show.

  • 50% Refund – Cancellation requests received between 13 and 7 days prior to the Friday setup day of the show.

  • No Refund – Cancellation requests received 6 days or less before the Friday setup day of the show.
