Oregon Guns and More ShowPayment and Cancellation ExpectationsWe appreciate all the support from our gun community through the transition of Ownership.
Our shows are expecting to be sold out and potential vendors placed on a “wait list” with the hope that someone cancels.Unfortunately, there are vendors that reserve tables then proceed to cancel the day before the show or “no-show” without explanation. This not only costs us time and money but frustrates the potential vendors that could have honored that commitment.We prefer prepayment to secure your table reservation unless you make arrangements to pay upon check in.
Cancellations will be processed based on the time the correspondence is received.

Full refund- Cancellation request received no less than 14 days before the Friday (setup) of the show.

50% refund- Cancellation request received by day 14 of the show but no later than 7 days prior to the Friday (setup) of the show.

No refund- Any cancellation requests received 6 days or less prior to the Friday (setup) of the show. *Except for emergency situations.
